Job summary

RideNow Powersports - Austin is seeking an energetic Sales Associate to join our fast-paced team. No riding or prior sales experience required; we value attitude, coachability, and a customer-first mindset.

You will greet customers, share product knowledge, and guide them through the purchase process with support from a collaborative team. We offer performance-based pay, incentives, and comprehensive training, plus employee discounts on vehicles and gear and access to demo rides.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; strong attitude and willingness to learn.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Guide customers through the sales process from selection to purchase.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory, features and promotions.
• Build relationships and follow up on inquiries and leads.
• Process sales paperwork accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with team to achieve dealership sales goals.
• Assist with showroom upkeep and vehicle displays.
