Black Gold Harley-Davidson - RideNow Powersports is seeking a positive, customer-focused Sales Associate to join our growing team. No riding or sales experience required!

Qualifications

• Prior sales and/or customer service experience not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to work weekends and peak sales periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Guide customers through the sales process, from product selection to purchase
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory, features, and promotions
• Build strong customer relationships and follow up on inquiries and leads
• Process sales documentation accurately and efficiently
• Collaborate with team members to achieve dealership sales goals
• Participate in showroom upkeep and vehicle display setup
