RideNow Powersports – Lewisville is seeking an energetic, customer-focused Sales Associate to join our growing team. No riding or sales experience required, and training is provided to help you succeed in a fast-paced powersports environment.

You will greet customers, provide product knowledge, guide them through the sales process, and collaborate with a team across sales, service, and support. Strong communication and a proactive attitude are key to success.

Qualifications

• Prior sales and/or customer service experience not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A self-starter attitude with the drive to exceed goals.
• Punctuality is vital to a team dynamic.
• Ability to work weekends and peak sales periods.
• Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Guide customers through the sales process, from product selection to purchase.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all powersports inventory, features, and promotions.
• Build strong customer relationships and follow up on inquiries and leads.
• Process sales documentation accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and dealership sales goals.
• Participate in showroom upkeep and vehicle display setup.
