Job summary

Comoto Holdings, operator of Cycle Gear, RevZilla, and J&P Cycles, seeks a Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will develop product knowledge, explain features, and help customers find the right gear.

The role is part-time with base hourly pay plus tiered commissions, with incentive programs like DailyPay and employee discounts. Training is provided to get you started.

Qualifications

• 1 year+ of sales or customer service experience.
• A self-starter who delivers an outstanding retail experience.
• Open mind and eagerness to learn and participate in the riding community.
• Experience with computers and POS systems (RetailPro).
• Motorcycle riding knowledge or interest preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide every customer with a great experience and strong product knowledge.
• Explain features and benefits to customers.
• Hit daily/weekly/monthly sales goals and maintain store aesthetics.
• Keep up-to-date with brand, products and events to be a resource for customers.
