Qualifications

• 1 year+ of sales or customer service experience.
• Experience with POS systems (RetailPro preferred).
• Interest in motorcycles is preferred.
• Strong product knowledge and customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide every customer with a great experience and maintain product knowledge.
• Maintain store aesthetics, stocking, organizing, and merchandising plans.
• Hit daily/weekly/monthly sales goals and contribute to team targets.
• Learn brand information and product features to assist customers effectively.
