Comoto Holdings is hiring a Sales Associate to deliver an outstanding shopping experience for powersports customers at Cycle Gear locations. You will build product knowledge and share features and benefits to help customers choose the right gear.

The role is part-time with base hourly pay plus tiered commissions. You’ll start with paid training, and incentives like DailyPay and employee discounts. Join a team that values safety, community, and growth.

Qualifications

• 1 year+ of sales or customer service experience.
• A self-starter mentality that delivers an outstanding, personalized retail experience.
• An open mind, and eagerness to learn and be part of the riding community.
• Experience with computers and POS systems (RetailPro).
• Motorcycle riding knowledge or interest (desired).

Responsibilities

• Provide every customer with a great experience and maintain product knowledge.
• Offer in-depth information on product features and benefits.
• Aim to hit daily/weekly/monthly sales goals and maintain store aesthetics.
• Be a resource to customers and stay up-to-date with brand and products.
