Job summary

Wise Auto Group, serving Old Town Temecula Harley-Davidson, is seeking a Parts Shipping & Receiving Associate. This role ensures fast, accurate flow of Harley parts from receiving to inventory to technicians, directly impacting service efficiency and customer satisfaction.

You will pull, stage, and deliver parts, verify against repair orders, handle inbound shipments, post inventory in the DMS, maintain clean receiving areas, and support cycle counts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Dealership, powersports, or warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on feet all day.
• Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency.
• Basic computer and DMS experience preferred.
• Dependable, organized, and process-driven.

Responsibilities

• Pull, stage, and deliver parts to technicians on time.
• Verify parts against repair orders before release to Service.
• Communicate shortages or backorders to Parts and Service Advisors.
• Return unused or incorrect parts the same day.
• Receive and inspect inbound shipments from Harley-Davidson and vendors.
• Post all received inventory in the DMS the same day.
• Label, bin, and stock parts per dealership standards.
• Process returns, warranty cores, and outbound freight accurately.
• Maintain clean receiving and staging areas.
• Assist with cycle counts and physical inventories.
• Report inventory discrepancies or shipping damage immediately.
• Ensure same-day receiving and posting compliance.
• Maintain high parts-to-service accuracy and inventory integrity.
