Central Texas Harley-Davidson in Round Rock, TX is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our parts team. You will receive, verify, and log shipments, keep stock in designated bins, and update real-time inventory data.

The role requires physical activity, data-entry accuracy, and the ability to coordinate shipments with multiple carriers. Prior shipping/logistics experience is helpful, and the position is on-site at the dealership.

Qualifications

Description and Responsibilities

Central Texas Harley-Davidsonis looking for aShipping & Receiving Associateto join our growing team.

What You’ll Do:

• Receive, unpack, verify, and accurately log incoming shipments of parts and accessories
• Ensure products are correctly stocked in designated bins and storage areas
• Maintain and update the inventory system to reflect real-time data and accurate stock levels
• Coordinate outbound shipments following specific carrier instructions (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.)
• Participate in scheduled physical inventory counts and reconciliations
• Support parts counter and service team as needed
• Assist with administrative tasks and general parts department operations as assigned

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and work in physically active conditions (standing, crouching, kneeling)
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry
• Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
• Strong sense of urgency and the ability to multitask effectively
• Prior experience in shipping, logistics, or warehouse operations preferred
• Experience with inventory systems preferred
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
• Must be able to safely and efficiently move through the dealership premises—including indoor showrooms, vehicle lots, and service areas—while maintaining awareness of moving vehicles, customer foot traffic, and showroom displays.
• Must be able to frequently bend, kneel, crouch, and reach to perform job duties.
