Job summary

Grand Rapids Harley-Davidson is seeking a Parts-to-Service Associate who is organized, dependable, and customer-focused to join the team. This role keeps Parts and Service departments running efficiently by maintaining accurate inventory, handling shipments, and ensuring the Service team has needed parts.

Responsibilities include receiving, organizing, counting inventory, and communicating with Service Advisors, Technicians, and customers by phone or text.

Qualifications

• Parts inventory experience preferred.
• Shipping and receiving experience preferred.
• Experience performing inventory counts.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Comfortable communicating with customers by phone and text.
• Basic computer and inventory-system skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Dependable and able to work independently.
• Motorcycle, powersports, automotive, or dealership experience is a plus.
