Old Dominion Harley-Davidson Fredericksburg, VA is seeking a Parts Sales associate to help customers find Harley‑Davidson parts and accessories, provide accurate product information, and support service technicians with parts for repair orders.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent, strong customer service, knowledge of Harley‑Davidson motorcycles, and basic computer skills (Talon and Microsoft Office preferred).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in motorcycle, automotive, or powersports parts sales preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Harley-Davidson motorcycles, parts, and accessories highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in dealership management systems (Talon preferred) and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented attitude and professional demeanor.
• Valid driver’s license and motorcycle endorsement preferred.
