Job summary

RideNow Harley Davidson in Washington state is seeking a reliable Lot Technician. This driving role involves safe operation, movement, and organization of powersports vehicles on the lot and requires the ability to transport vehicles with a truck and trailer.

You must be 21+ and able to handle motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and more. Responsibilities include moving vehicles on the lot, checking in deliveries, preparing units for customer delivery, and supporting sales/service teams.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of delivery driving experience.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (motorcycle endorsement required).
• Ability to ride and maneuver motorcycles and powersports units, including manual transmission.
• Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to follow directions.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive, move, and park motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and other powersports vehicles on the lot, showroom, and service areas.
• Assist with vehicle check-in and inspection upon delivery.
• Keep the lot neat, clean, and organized at all times.
• Prepare units for customer delivery, including cleaning and fueling.
• Deliver and pick up units to customers.
• Support the sales and service teams with unit movement and logistics.
• Maintain awareness of the lot’s layout and manage inventory flow.
• Perform general support tasks as needed.
