Job summary

RideNow Group in Lewisville, TX, is looking for a dependable Lot Tech/Company Driver. This on-site, full-time driving role requires a 25+ age threshold for company trucks or 21+ for forklifts, plus a motorcycle endorsement and a valid license.

You will move powersports vehicles, prep units for delivery, and assist sales with logistics. The position emphasizes safety, reliability, physical fitness to lift up to 50 lbs, and the ability to work outdoors in varied weather while keeping the lot

Qualifications

• 1+ years of delivery driving experience.
• Must be 25+ to operate company trucks or 21+ for forklifts.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record; motorcycle endorsement required.
• Able to ride and confidently maneuver motorcycles and other powersports units, including manual transmissions.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions; attention to safety.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to follow directions.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Must be able to safely move motorcycles up to 850 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive, move, and park powersports vehicles on the lot, showroom, and service areas.
• Assist with vehicle check-in and inspection upon delivery.
• Keep the lot neat, clean, and organized at all times.
• Prepare units for customer delivery, including cleaning and fueling.
• Deliver and pick up units to customers.
• Support sales and service teams with unit movement and logistics.
• Maintain awareness of the lot’s layout and inventory flow.
• Perform general support tasks as needed.
