Exceptional Dental is seeking a dedicated Sales Lot Tech to keep vehicles showroom-ready and support both sales and service teams. The role focuses on cleaning vehicles, delivering units, and maintaining equipment while upholding safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate is hardworking, passionate about powersports equipment, and capable of delivering an outstanding first impression for customers. This onsite, full-time position offers hourly compensation based on experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a lot attendant in the Powersports industry or related field is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of powersports vehicles, parts, and accessories.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and great interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with focus on accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Wash, polish, clean and vacuum vehicles to dealership specifications.
• Pickup/Deliver units to customers.
• Maintain tools and equipment and follow safety practices.
• Haul trash and perform general cleanup.
• Aim for high quality assurance and customer satisfaction scores.
