Job summary

RideNow Powersports is seeking a reliable Lot Technician to safely move and park motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and other powersports units across the lot, showroom, and service areas.

You will assist with delivery check-in, maintain a tidy lot, and help prepare units for customer handover, including cleaning and fueling. The role supports sales and service teams and requires alertness to layout and inventory flow.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to ride and maneuver motorcycles and powersports units (including manual transmission).
• Valid driver’s license required; motorcycle endorsement preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and safety.
• Punctual, dependable, and able to follow instructions.
• Previous lot porter, detailer, or inventory support experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Must be able to safely move motorcycles weighing up to 850 lbs.
• Must be able to safely and efficiently move through the dealership premises—watching for moving vehicles and foot traffic.
• Must be able to frequently bend, kneel, crouch, and reach to perform job duties.

Responsibilities

• Safely move and park motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and other powersports units around the lot, in the showroom, and in service areas.
• Assist with vehicle check-in and inspection upon delivery.
• Keep the lot neat, clean, and organized at all times.
• Help prepare units for customer delivery, including cleaning and fueling.
• Support the sales and service team with unit movement and logistics.
• Maintain awareness of the lot’s layout and help manage inventory flow.
• Perform support tasks as needed.
