Job summary

RideNow Powersports in Surprise, AZ is seeking a reliable Lot Technician-Driver to join our team. This driving role involves safe operation, movement, and organization of powersports vehicles on the lot, and you must be comfortable transporting units with a truck and trailer.

The position requires at least 1 year of delivery driving experience, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and readiness to work outdoors in varying weather.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of delivery driving experience.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• This is a driving position - must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record (motorcycle endorsement required).
• Must be able to ride and confidently maneuver motorcycles and other powersports units, including manual transmission.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to follow directions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in physically active conditions (standing, crouching, kneeling).
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to safely push motorcycles weighing up to 850lbs.
• Must be able to safely and efficiently move through the dealership premises - including indoor showrooms, vehicle lots, and service areas - while maintaining awareness of moving vehicles, customer foot traffic, and showroom displays.
• Must be able to frequently bend, kneel, crouch, and reach to perform job duties.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive, move, and park motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and other powersports vehicles on the lot, in the showroom, and in service areas
• Assist with vehicle check-in and inspection upon delivery
• Keep the lot neat, clean, and organized at all times
• Prepare units for customer delivery, including cleaning and fueling
• Deliver and pick up units to customers
• Support the sales and service teams with unit movement and logistics
• Maintain awareness of the lot's layout and assist in managing inventory flow
• Perform general support tasks as needed
