Job summary

RideNow Powersports in Chandler, AZ seeks a reliable Lot Technician to safely move and organize powersports vehicles on the lot, showroom, and service areas. This driving role requires a valid driver's license, motorcycle endorsement, and the ability to handle motorcycles and units including manual transmission.

Candidates must be 21+ and comfortable working outdoors in varying weather. You'll assist with check-in, prep units for delivery, and support sales and service teams with logistics.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of delivery driving experience.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; motorcycle endorsement required.
• Must be able to ride and maneuver motorcycles and powersports units, including manual transmission.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to follow directions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be physically active.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive, move, and park powersports vehicles on the lot and showroom.
• Assist with vehicle check-in and inspection upon delivery.
• Keep the lot neat and organized at all times.
• Prepare units for customer delivery, including cleaning and fueling.
• Deliver and pick up units to customers.
• Support sales and service teams with unit movement and logistics.
• Maintain awareness of lot layout and inventory flow.
• Perform general support tasks as needed.
