The role focuses on CAD design, data-driven analysis, and collaboration across teams to meet cost targets and schedules while enabling the evolution of new technologies in a dynamic powersports environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field required.
• Experience in automotive or powersports preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and confidentiality skills.
• Proficiency in FTA, FMEA, tolerance analysis, CAD techniques, and product development schedules.

Responsibilities

• Design component and system layouts using CAD software to meet concept, function, and manufacturing requirements, and communicate specifications through detailed drawings.
• Optimize designs to meet cost targets and manage project schedules effectively, coordinating resources and providing technical input.
• Support the evolution of new technologies, analyze root causes of quality issues, and develop specifications with minimal supervision.
