Job summary

RG&T Solutions is seeking an engineer to support prototype development for ATV/SxS vehicles, researching and applying new technologies to meet business goals and ensure global vehicle quality.

The role focuses on CAD-driven layout design, detailed prototype drawings, and collaboration to hit cost targets while advancing parts and systems. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage schedules, and communicate project status effectively. Occasional travel and a commitment to safety are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2+ years in Powersports or automotive fields.
• Experience supporting engine-related systems (intake, exhaust, fuel, cooling).
• Strong leadership, communication, and confidentiality skills.
• Proficiency in FTA, FMEA, tolerance analysis, drawing techniques, and product development schedules.

Responsibilities

• Designing complex component and system layouts using CAD software to meet concept, function, and manufacturing requirements.
• Creating detailed prototype and production drawings to define specifications for global models.
• Contributing to cost target establishment and implementing design optimizations for parts and systems.
• Managing schedules, coordinating resources, and communicating project status effectively.
• Generating innovative ideas for new technologies and supporting their development and application.
• Supporting market quality themes through problem-solving, root cause analysis, and developing specifications.
