Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and complete required safety training and site orientations.
• Ability to understand verbal and written instructions and ask questions when unclear.
• Awareness of hazards and maintaining safe distances around equipment.

Responsibilities

• Work safely by following procedures and wearing PPE.
• Assist powerline technicians and crew members with tasks.
• Prepare and maintain worksites, set up barriers, and clean up.
• Handle tools and materials with safe methods.
• Assist with digging, trenching, and placement of conduits and poles.
• Support equipment operations and traffic control when trained.
• Inspect and keep tools and equipment organized.
