Job description

The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a mechanic who repairs, inspects, dispatches, operates, troubleshoots and maintains powered and non-powered ground support equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Performs preventive maintenance on electrical power support systems.
• Performs major repair, replacement, and overhaul of power support system components such as diesel, multi-fuel, or gas turbine engines, and electrical accessories of engines.
• Troubleshoots electrical power support equipment.
• Maintains records and documents actions.
• Utilizes safety practices and procedures following established safety rules and regulations and maintains a safe and clean work environment. Dispatches support equipment.
