Job description

AIRCRAFT ORDNANCE SYSTEMS MECHANIC LEADER

The primary purpose of this position, AIRCRAFT ORDNANCE SYSTEMS MECHANIC LEADER, WL-6652-10, is to provide mechanical, Electrical, and hydraulic repair and associated support for workload assigned to the Aircraft Armament Repair Branch.

Lead a team of trades and/or labor workers. Perform nonsupervisory trades and/or labor work that is usually of the same kind and level as members of the work crew led. Accomplish maintenance tasks as directed by the work control document on aircraft missile and special weapons launching devices, decoys, egress and jettison systems, rocket launching equipment, external fuel tanks, gun systems, pylons, and ejector racks.
