Job summary

Everforth Apex Systems is seeking a data-savvy analyst to partner with the Director’s Planning and Integration team. The role focuses on transitioning monthly PO forecasts from Excel-based reporting to PowerBI dashboards and PowerAutomate processes, ensuring accurate actuals and forecasts for a $100M department.

Responsibilities include creating storytelling visuals for leadership, gathering monthly headcount/financial plans, and providing fallback support for analysts.

Qualifications

• 2+ years developing PowerBI and PowerAutomate dashboards and processes.
• 3+ years with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance PowerBI dashboards and automate processes with PowerAutomate.
• Gather headcount/financial plans and prepare data for senior leadership with clear graphics and storytelling.
• Provide monthly forecasts and actuals for Purchase Orders and collaborate with Finance and IT teams.
