Hitachi Energy invites high-potential students to join the Power2 Management Development program, an 18-month rotational experience designed for engineers. You'll rotate through Quality, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Services, driving projects and learning from experts across the Grid Integration business.

Anticipated May 2026 graduation and a minimum 3.0 GPA are expected, with strong analytical and communication skills.

• Senior undergraduate in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
