Hitachi Energy's POWER SQUARED Early Career Program in Raleigh, NC offers an 18‑month rotation through Quality, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Services. Senior undergraduates in E, M, or I Engineering with a May 2026 graduation, GPA 3.0+, and work authorization in the US are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Senior undergraduate in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
• Anticipated graduation by May 2026.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project planning.
• Self‑driven with a passion for leadership and operational excellence.
• Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in United States

Responsibilities
