Hitachi Energy’s POWER SQUARED Early Career Program is an 18‑month rotational experience for senior undergraduates in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering. Starting June 2026, it accelerates growth through immersive projects and a structured curriculum within the Grid Integration domain.

You’ll rotate through Quality, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Services, leading learning projects, and collaborating with marketing and sales to meet customer needs. Hybrid work is offered.

Qualifications

• Senior undergraduate in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
• Anticipated graduation by May 2026.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project planning.
• Self-driven with a passion for leadership and operational excellence.
• Candidate must have work authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities
