Hitachi Energy’s POWER SQUARED Early Career Program in Raleigh is an 18‑month, nationally oriented leadership development program for aspiring engineers. Qualifications

• Senior undergraduate in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
• Anticipated graduation by May 2026.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Candidate must already have work authorization to work for Hitachi Energy in United States.
