Qualifications

• Experience operating pressure washing equipment and safe handling.
• Ability to assess cleaning areas and select correct pressure/temperature.
• Experience performing preventative maintenance on power washing machinery.
• Ability to operate corporate vehicles and follow safety protocols.
• Strong communication with facility users and management.
• Ability to work shifts including overnights or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain pressure washing equipment safely and effectively.
• Determine appropriate pressure, temperature, and methods for each area.
• Perform routine maintenance and safety checks on equipment and vehicles.
• Respond to work orders, document tasks, and share updates with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with teams to support operations and safety.
• Conduct seasonal exterior maintenance, including snow/ice management.
• Manage equipment inventory and storage of tools and vehicles.
