Job summary

Walmart is seeking a year-round Technician in Facility Services, Power Washing Exterior Services to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of retail locations. You will operate pressure washing equipment to clean walls, sidewalks, roofs, parking lots, and more, ensuring safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in power washing/exterior maintenance.
• Valid state-issued driver's license.
• Ability to work overnight and weekends.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain pressure washing equipment.
• Evaluate areas to be cleaned and set appropriate pressure and temperature.
• Remove dirt and debris while following safety procedures.
• Respond to work orders and maintain logs and documentation.
• Conduct safety and preventative maintenance checks on equipment.
