Responsibilities:

• Power Washing & Equipment Maintenance: Perform power washing on commercial and residential properties; troubleshoot and maintain equipment (hoses, nozzles, pumps, etc.).
• Site Safety & Risk Mitigation: Identify and address potential hazards such as chemical exposure, plant damage, and furniture protection to prevent property damage or injuries.
• Client Interaction: Communicate effectively with customers, address concerns, and deliver outstanding service.
• Quality Control: Maintain attention to detail; ensure thorough cleaning, proper rinsing of chemicals, and post-job cleanup.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 6+ months in a hands-on, labor-intensive role (construction, landscaping, janitorial, or similar). Power washing experience is a plus but not required.
• Dependability: Proven punctuality and consistent work ethic.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to identify potential issues before they become problems (e.g., chemical overspray, unprotected surfaces).
• Customer Service: Comfortable interacting with clients; professional, polite, and solution-oriented.
• Physical Requirements: Able to work outdoors in varying weather, lift and maneuver heavy equipment, stand for extended periods, and climb ladders or roofs confidently.
