Job summary

Walmart BEAVER FALLS, PA is seeking a Technician in Facility Services, Power Washing Exterior Services to help maintain the cleanliness and appearance of our retail location. You will operate and maintain pressure washing equipment to clean walls, sidewalks, roofs, parking lots and more.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 1–3 years in power washing or exterior maintenance, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work overnight and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid, state-issued driver's license.
• Hold a valid state-issued driver's license for at least 3 years with a clean driving record and ability to pass an MVR report.
• Ability to work alternative shifts, including overnight and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain corporate vehicles, pressure washers, pumps, hoses, nozzles, and other equipment
• Evaluate areas to be cleaned and determine suitable pressure levels and temperature settings
• Remove dirt, debris, trash, and other contaminants from surfaces while following safety procedures
• Respond to work order requests and maintain accurate records, logs, and documentation
• Conduct safety and preventative maintenance checks on equipment
• Perform other facility-related maintenance duties as assigned
