Annapurna Labs (U.S.) Inc. is seeking a Power Validation Engineer in Austin, TX to own validation across the full product lifecycle for ML accelerators. You will work with power architecture, RTL design, firmware, and software teams to meet power targets and efficiency goals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of non-internship software development experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in power characterization or power architecture verification.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field, or equivalent programming experience in at least one modern language.
• Strong understanding of DVFS, power control, and di/dt handling.
• Proficiency with power measurement instrumentation and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop power-validation strategies covering DVFS, peak power, di/dt, and stress testing from design to product release.
• Characterize peak power and transient behavior under real ML workloads across corners.
• Perform hands-on power measurements with DC analyzers, probes, oscilloscopes, and VNA/TDR.
• Validate power-management algorithms and DVFS transitions on silicon.
• Collaborate across power architecture, RTL, firmware, and software teams.
• Build automated power regression dashboards and anomaly detection to track power at scale.
