Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking an Electrical Utility Infrastructure Manager to lead power due diligence, utility engagement, and infrastructure solutioning for a large-scale client.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years or more of direct experience in utility design & coordination.
• Background in electrical engineering, utility design & planning, and/or transmission and distribution operations is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to interpret utility infrastructure data, assess substation and feeder capacity, and evaluate interconnection or service extension feasibility.
• Familiarity with utility easements, real property rights, and right-of-way documentation.
• Strong command of publicly available utility data, AI tools, and project tracking software.

Responsibilities

• Lead power due diligence, utility engagement, and electrical infrastructure solutioning for large-scale client needs.
• Drive site-level power assessments, utility strategy, and capacity evaluations across a multi-market portfolio.
• Coordinate with title companies, surveyors, legal counsel, and utility providers through the full easement resolution process.
• Produce clear, technically rigorous due diligence summaries and project status reports for internal stakeholders.
