Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking an Electrical Utility Infrastructure Manager to lead power due diligence, engage with utilities, and shape electrical infrastructure strategies for large-scale e-commerce sites.

The role interfaces with client leadership, utility providers, and internal teams to drive site-level assessments and actionable decisions. You will analyze substation capacity, interconnection options, and feasibility while managing easements and real property rights across a multi-market

Qualifications

5-7 years of direct experience in utility design & coordination or electrical engineering for large scale infrastructure.
Background in electrical engineering, utility design & planning, or transmission and distribution operations.
Familiarity with utility easements, real property rights, and right-of-way documentation.

Responsibilities

Lead power due diligence across prospective sites, including load analysis and interconnection feasibility.
Review utility easements and rights-of-way with title companies and legal teams; prepare summaries.
Coordinate with utility account managers and municipal contacts; maintain engagement logs and site trackers.
Produce clear, technical due diligence summaries and project status reports for stakeholders.
