Qualifications

• Bachelor or higher in electrical engineering or related field (implied)
• 5-7+ years in utility design, coordination, or power & energy roles
• Experience interpreting utility data and capacity analyses
• Familiarity with easements, ROW documents, and legal coordination
• Experience with project trackers and reporting tools

Responsibilities

• Lead power due diligence across prospective sites and analyze upstream constraints.
• Coordinate with utilities, title companies, and legal teams on easements and ROWs.
• Serve as technical liaison with utility account managers and municipal contacts.
• Maintain due diligence templates, trackers, and documentation libraries.
• Produce clear due diligence summaries and project status reports.
