Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
15+ years of relevant electrical engineering experience.
Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
Extensive experience in power systems, substations, and utility infrastructure.
Protection & Controls (P&C) experience preferred.
Experience with electrical system modeling and analysis.

Responsibilities

Provide technical oversight and engineering leadership on power and utility projects.
Coordinate project activities with internal teams, consultants, and clients.
Troubleshoot design issues and develop design/construction solutions.
Lead design reviews and ensure adherence to industry best practices.
Mentor engineers and technical staff to support career development.
Support business development and represent the firm at client meetings.
