Job summary

ExxonMobil in Texas is seeking a senior professional to establish, improve, and sustain foundational processes for North American power trading. You will work with traders, originators, enablement teams, and business leaders to scale operations with strong controls and commercial performance.

You will drive cross-functional collaboration across trading back, middle, and front offices, and lead change initiatives for new systems and operating models, ensuring robust governance and efficient

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a numerate field.
5+ years in North American power markets or related operations.
Strong knowledge of ERCOT, MISO, and PJM market structures, products, protocols and settlement processes.
Experience leading change initiatives and process transformations.

Responsibilities

Develop end-to-end processes for North American power trading activities.
Monitor workflows, identify gaps, and drive sustainable solutions.
Serve as primary contact for trading teams regarding process, system and data for commercial operations.
Drive adoption of best practices and global standards across local trading operations.
Establish processes to ensure complete volume and dollar reconciliation between ISO settlements and accounting records.
Lead change management for new systems and processes.
