Qualifications

• A.A.S. technical degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Strong mechanical, electronic and/or technical background in industrial environment.
• Must demonstrate strong interpersonal and customer service skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Must show self-motivation, initiative, honesty, integrity and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance or repair of torque-related process equipment in a manufacturing environment.
• Install, test, calibrate, and repair mechanical tools in a timely manner.
• Coordinate and perform preventative maintenance.
• Document repair and maintenance activity in Cross Company database systems.
• Be knowledgeable of repair and calibration methods and procedures.
• Document non-conformances and identify equipment reliability trends.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Maintain good attendance and productive work ethic.
• Work overtime, weekends and holidays as assigned.
