Job summary

Schneider Electric seeks an experienced Project Execution Manager (PEM) to lead the Power Systems project execution team in a hybrid role across multiple U.S. hubs and centers of excellence, including Andover, MA; Boston, MA; Foxborough, MA; Nashville, TN; Dallas, TX; Houston, TX; or Raleigh, NC.

The PEM will manage a diverse national portfolio, fostering a one-team execution approach with PMs, Sales Leaders, Sponsors, and functional teams.

Qualifications

• PMP certification or equivalent project management credential is required or obtainable within 3 months.
• Experience leading large, complex projects with cross-functional teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of customer-facing projects across the United States with a one-team execution approach.
• Collaborate with Sales and Tendering to support major pursuits and align with strategic objectives.
• Provide operational support, manage risk, and drive profitable project outcomes.
• Lead regular project reviews and external business reviews with customers.
• Mentor and coach project managers and interface directly on key projects.
• Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and resource alignment.
