Job summary

Western States Equipment Company is seeking a field service technician to perform contracted routine services on Power Systems, including generator and engine components, under supervision. You will support senior technicians, perform load bank testing, and document activities with accuracy.

The role requires on-site work, strong safety adherence, and reliable English communication. Occasional travel and overtime may be required to meet customer needs and ensure uptime for critical power systems.

Qualifications

• 3 years experience with troubleshooting and maintenance methods for Power Systems.
• Must own required tools.
• Must communicate in English (read, write, speak).

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on generator and power system components under supervision.
• Assist senior technicians with load bank testing and cabling.
• Document work orders, parts lists, and time in a timely manner.
• Adhere to customer requirements and safety policies on site.
