Job summary

IS International Services, LLC is seeking a Project Manager to lead control systems projects for the power generation industry, including design, manufacturing, testing, installation and commissioning. You will be accountable for scope, schedule, budget, risks and deliverables while ensuring customer satisfaction and project profitability.

The role requires external customer-facing experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple complex projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of external customer-facing project management experience on complex control/electrical systems.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong leadership, technical, oral, and written communication skills.
• PMP or IPMA certification is desirable.
• Experience with DCS/PLC is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and complete projects on time and within budget.
• Manage scope, schedule, budgets, risks, and deliverables.
• Oversee profit/loss, schedule performance, and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with Electrical Contractors for installation.
• Communicate with team and stakeholders; report financial status regularly.
