Job summary

PRISMECS is seeking an experienced Senior Project Engineer / Project Manager – Electrical Power Systems to lead technical projects in power generation, data center, and electrical infrastructure. Hybrid work in Houston with travel and strong customer-facing responsibilities.

The role combines hands-on engineering leadership with project management, requiring field execution, design reviews, and coordination with customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery and adherence to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or closely related technical discipline.
• Significant directly relevant power-generation experience may also be considered.
• Experience managing or leading technical projects in a field environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support assigned PRISMECS projects from planning through execution, commissioning, and turnover.
• Coordinate with project management, engineering, operations, site teams, customers, contractors, vendors, and company leadership.
• Provide technical leadership and hands-on engineering support for electrical power generation and infrastructure projects.
• Help establish project priorities, schedules, deliverables, accountability, reporting, and resource requirements.
• Identify project risks, technical issues, schedule concerns, and scope gaps and drive them toward resolution.
