Qualifications

• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience managing complex supplier portfolios/global suppliers.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong business acumen and budget management.
• Knowledge of supplier development, SRM, and quality control.
• Experience with strategic sourcing and supplier capability building.
• Strong focus on driving innovation and cost-saving initiatives.
