Job summary

Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories, Inc. in King of Prussia, PA, seeks an Integration & Automation Engineer to contribute to integration features in SEL products.

You will define specifications, analyze tests, diagnose customer issues, and mentor junior engineers, while applying SEL values and World Class Manufacturing principles. This role requires strong teamwork, written and spoken communication, and a solid EE/CS background with power systems exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in electrical/computer engineering or equivalent.
• Experience with serial and Ethernet protocols in power systems.
• 2+ years configuring network devices and interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Maintain advanced technical knowledge to contribute to integration features.
• Define, develop and analyze specifications, tests, and validation processes.
• Diagnose customer problems and document issues for developers.
• Provide technical and market analysis for proposals.
• Mentor Associate Engineers and Technicians.
• Follow SEL Values and World Class Manufacturing principles.
