Job summary

Qualifications

• On-site troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment.
• Experience with transformers, circuit breakers, LV/MV switchgear, and PLC controls is a plus.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Field Service Support: on-site troubleshooting, maintenance and repair of electrical systems and equipment at customer sites.
• Client interaction: serve as primary contact, resolve technical issues and provide basic system operation training.
• Documentation: record service activities and generate test reports.
