Position Summary

LNV Innovations is seeking a part-time intern to support utility and power delivery projects involving electrical substation design, solar substations, SCADA integration, and substation modernization.

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret one-line diagrams, three-line diagrams, AC/DC schematics, and wiring diagrams.
• Support SCADA integration.
• Help prepare and review single-line diagrams for utility, substation, medium-voltage, low-voltage, UPS, generator, and distribution systems.
• Assist with load calculations, equipment sizing, and electrical capacity planning.
• Prepare relay setting calculations for solar collector stations.
• Electric vehicle charging designs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Working towards an Electrical Engineering degree with emphasis on power systems.
• GPA above 3.00/4.00
• Familiarity with power systems concepts.
