Job summary

SpaceXAI is seeking a Power System Engineer to design, operate, and maintain electrical infrastructure for AI training campuses. Based in Memphis, TN, you will own the Memphis campus model, perform load flow and stability studies, and ensure compliance with NFPA and IEEE standards.

This is a hands-on, on-site role with travel up to 25% to other sites. You will work with a small on-site team within a flat structure, contributing to mission-critical assets and power budgeting while advancing your

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field.
3+ years of experience in power systems design, analysis, and studies.
Experience with high-power, high-voltage systems.

Responsibilities

Own the single model of record for the Memphis campus, including load flow, short circuit, and stability studies.
Create and maintain sitewide power budgets, monitoring, and metering for mission-critical assets.
Perform detailed analysis on electrical power systems and update models after commissioning.
Feed interconnection studies and relay settings from the same model; avoid shadow models.
Develop standardized study cases for hall add, storage dispatch, islanding, and black start.
Ensure compliance with NFPA 70/70B/70E, NESC and IEEE standards.
