Qualifications

• Minimum 7–10 years of progressive engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead full product development cycles from conception through completion.
• Develop and present technical and project updates.
• Lead drivetrain design, development, and validation.
• Manage multi-tiered Bills of Material.
• Support quality initiatives such as DFMEA, PPAP, and VAVE.
• Mentor and develop junior engineers.
