Job summary

Schneider Electric Consulting Services in Boise, Idaho, seeks a Power System Engineer to lead and execute power system studies for clients. You will analyze short-circuit, coordination, arc flash, load flow, voltage drop and harmonics, while ensuring compliance with national standards.

Most work is office-based with some onsite data collection travel, and you will build trusted relationships with customers to drive effective partnerships and incremental business while advancing your technical

Qualifications

• Minimum BSEE required.
• Three years of experience in power systems.
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
• Ability to establish trust with clients in a consulting role.
• Willingness to collaborate to ensure team success.
• EIT/FE (PE a plus).

Responsibilities

• Executes projects or leads project execution.
• Develops and maintains own technical and commercial proficiency of Consulting offers.
• Maintains the relationship with key customers (internal and external).
