Job summary

Jobot seeks a Power Systems Engineer to contribute to real projects with real impact in the United States. You will perform design analyses, short-circuit studies, and power quality assessments for domestic and international projects.

The position requires a BS in Electrical Engineering with 2+ years of relevant experience, proficiency in SKM/ETAP/ASPEN/EZPower, and strong English communication. Some travel may be involved.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering (required).
• 2+ years of relevant experience; power systems focus preferred.
• Proficiency with power-system modeling tools such as SKM/ETAP/ASPEN/EZPower.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering design, analysis and studies for domestic or international projects.
• Conduct short-circuit, protective device coordination and arc-flash studies.
• Perform power factor analysis, harmonic modeling/analysis, and grounding analysis.
• Interact with customers to gather information and review engineering plans.
• Occasionally work in the field on shut-downs, startups and maintenance projects.
