MacAllister Machinery is seeking an Applications Engineer to provide site-specific engineering support for Electric Power strategic accounts. You will convert RFQs into technical, catalog-compliant submittals and coordinate with customers, suppliers, PMs, Supply Chain, and Product Development to deliver timely, scalable projects.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering and 5+ years in related submittal development.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in application engineering, project engineering, or technical submittal development for electrical or mechanical power systems.
• Experience producing submittal packages for engineer acceptance in project-driven environments.
• Experience interpreting and reviewing engineering drawings, specifications, and technical submittals.

Responsabilidades

• Support site-specific RFQ engineering from RFQ receipt to submittal handoff to Project Manager.
• Review customer specifications and drawings for alignment with approved design parameters.
• Develop, approve, and manage submittal packages and technical documents.
• Escalate out-of-scope requirements to Product Development.
• Provide engineering support during project execution, installation, and commissioning.
